Michael has authored numerous enterprise-wide leadership training programs, focusing on values alignment, servant leadership, managing people, and leading strategically. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor in an MBA program at Concordia University Irvine, teaching Human Resources Management. Michael has also been a speaker at the Public Agency Risk Managers Association Annual Conference, SHRM North County San Diego Chapter, Vision San Diego, The Classical Academies Executive Circle, and the Barney and Barney H.R. Academy.
Michael earned a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Biola University graduating with Highest Honors. He is a Certified Coach, Certified Leadership Circle 360 and Leadership Culture 360 Assessment Facilitator, Certified Change Management Practitioner (PROSCI), Strength Deployment Inventory Facilitator, and a Graduate of the Dynamic Communicators Workshop.
