As President & CEO of Center for Executive Excellence, Ms. Nasim offers compelling advice and practical tools based on her expertise in leadership effectiveness, strategic execution, and values that guide excellence.

She is a Forbes™ and Huffington Post Contributor as well as a frequent guest speaker at leadership conferences with an emphasis on blending purpose-driven culture with strategy execution. As Director of Strategic & Operational Planning for Datron World Communications, Sheri distinguished herself as a principal in the company’s receipt of the 2009 Ventana Research Leadership Award for Overall Business Performance.

Ms. Nasim holds an MBA from the Ken Blanchard College of Business at Grand Canyon University.  Co-designed and led by Ken Blanchard, the program emphasizes performance excellence by creating dynamic organizations, passionate employees, devoted customers, satisfied investors and grateful communities. Sheri and her husband, Naseer, are dedicated supporters of the arts and of The Monarch School which provides accredited education to homeless children in San Diego.

At CEE, Sheri leads the effort to design the most effective strategy for each client. She coaches the team in client selection and strategic planning in order to create a winning ROI for the client. Sheri works closely with her team to ensure that sales and operations are perfectly aligned and producing positive results for all clients.
