For over 30 years, Bill Taylor’s life purpose is to serve individuals, leaders, teams and organizations to experience self-discovery, unleash their potential for transformation, produce measurable results and be personally fulfilled where they live, work, play and serve.

Mr. Taylor’s purpose comes alive leveraging his global experience as a master facilitator, executive coach, sales performance and organizational change consultant working in diverse industries including high-tech, healthcare, manufacturing, finance/insurance, engineering/construction, oil/gas, utilities, communications and beverage.

His career in human capital development is grounded by 12 years as a business banking executive developing and leading a $150 million P&L, serving on three M&A teams as a member of the Executive Leadership Team from 1979 – 1992.

Mr. Taylor is a voracious learner serving all levels of leadership by helping create “one line of sight” to optimize enterprise engagement, alignment, collaboration and business execution.  He is proud to serve as a Global Moderator/Facilitator for Harvard Business Publishing – Corporate Leadership clients and does extensive sales force transformation / performance consulting to round out his practice.

He holds a BA in Sociology/Psychology from the University of California, Riverside.
