Arthur Benjamin is an experienced Talent Acquisition, Diversity and Inclusion leader with 19 years of demonstrated history in strategic thought, leadership and planning around the complexities of talent engagement, culture, diversity, and inclusion. Skilled in Technical and Corporate Recruiting, Screening, Strategic Leadership, Management, Applicant Tracking Systems implementation, and Diversity & Inclusion strategy.

Mr. Benjamin holds a BS in Social Psychology and is currently completing a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership while serving as the Senior Director for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Tinuiti headquartered in San Diego.  Concurrently, Mr. Benjamin chairs the San Diego Diversity Inclusion & Belonging Network, a monthly gathering of the top Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging thought leaders, and is an active member of the African American Credit Union Coalition (AACUC).

Prior to joining Tinuiti, Mr. Benjamin served as the Global Inclusion & Belonging Executive Leader for Varian Medical Systems, Manager of Diversity, Inclusion & Talent Acquisition Strategy at California Coast Credit Union, and supervised the Talent Acquisition & Inclusion Strategy for Sony North America.

Mr. Benjamin has partnered with Center for Executive Excellence (CEE) to design, develop and facilitate a series of panel discussions with DEI practitioners, thought leaders, and executives from diverse organizations to share best practices in this rapidly developing field.  Their most recent panel discussion entitled Championing Diversity: CEO Straight Talk included leaders from The Bazaar, Inc., California Coast Credit Union, Innovative Commercial Environments, and Neighborhood House Association.  He is partnering with CEE to facilitate quarterly panel discussions in 2021 to continue to bring meaningful conversations around DEI to equip leaders with the necessary tools that make them better strategic leaders and thinkers.
