Danielle Aguas is a passionate, results-oriented leader who believes that the heart and soul of business is the people. As an “old soul millennial,” she is passionate about finding creative approaches where people can thrive and bridges are built across generations.

Danielle derives satisfaction from bringing out the best in others and takes pride in contributing to their success. She is driven by the belief that a brand is only as authentic as the culture of the company it represents. She focuses her marketing efforts on clarifying and amplifying our unique story.

Danielle brings over 10 years of experience in the leadership development space having most recently served as Marketing Specialist for Servant Leadership Institute in Carlsbad, CA. Danielle planned and managed the Institute’s first Servant Leadership Conference in 2011 and all years through 2015 featuring thought leaders like Ken Blanchard, Stephen M.R. Covey, Colleen Barrett, John Maxwell, Cheryl Bachelder, and Garry Ridge.

As VP of Client Engagement, she manages the marketing department P&L, and develops and executes market-to-sales programs targeted toward new clients. That includes meeting with key current and prospective clients to maintain relationships and negotiate and close sales. She also supervises the work of graphic designers, web managers, copywriters, and event teams. She develops collateral for a variety of marketing campaigns, identifies key messages and develops innovative ways to align our mission and vision with the needs of our clients. Danielle evaluates and ensures the quality of creative content for the company’s marketing and branding efforts.

Danielle holds a B.A. in Communications Studies with a Business Marketing Minor from Westmont College, Santa Barbara. She currently serves on the Emerging Leaders Advisory Council for the North San Diego Business Chamber and enjoys challenges like triathlon training, singing in the car when she thinks no one’s looking, and mentoring emerging leaders.
