Executive Coach | Strengths Consultant | Director of Special Projects
Kenzi Judge feels strongly that great companies treat their employees like humans. It sounds simple, but it can be difficult to practice, particularly with busy schedules and competing priorities. However, companies can be so much more successful when they invest in employee engagement. She has found that tools like the Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment can be extremely useful in corporate environments for helping leaders understand themselves and their teams.
Kenzi comes to CEE with over 16 years of experience working for a defense contractor, where she was a “Jill of all trades” as the Manager of Security and Administration. She has experience in contracts, proposals, HR, recruiting, personnel, security, construction projects, etc. However, it has been a great joy to pivot her career to a more focused look at Organizational Development. She is passionate about CEE’s mission to take companies from what is to what is possible.
As CEE’s Strengths Consultant and Executive Coach, Kenzi uses the CliftonStrengths assessment to help leaders practice self-leadership and help teams function at their highest potential. She also supports CEE’s marketing efforts through projects like expanding our reach in Supplier Diversity programs, as well as with cities, counties, states and other municipalities.
Kenzi holds an MBA from the Rady School of Management at the University of California, San Diego, an M.A. in Liberal Arts and Sciences from San Diego State University and a B.S. in Biology from Northwest Nazarene University. She is an active member of the Strengths Network San Diego, and enjoys playing beach volleyball and traveling the world (39 countries so far).
