As the President of Account Processing for Fiserv Credit Union Solutions, Nasim led six business units across the US and Canada. In one business unit alone, his team increased revenue by 40%, net operating profit by 203%, and Fiserv surround product revenue by 755%, with the highest client Net Promoter Score and associate engagement among leading Fiserv business units. These transformational results were documented in a Fiserv case study as best practices for organizational turnaround.

As the President and CEO of Bluepoint Solutions, Nasim increased Bluepoint’s revenues by 160% and net income growth by 178%. He led the acquisition of Avalon International, and built new partnerships with FIS, OSI, and EWS while improving revenues from corporate credit union partners by 82%.

Nasim has won numerous awards and recognition for business turn around and driving growth successfully and profitably. As the VP of Sales for Harland Financial Solutions, he was recognized as the highest contributing sales executive in the history of the company by the chairman of the board. As CIO of Umpqua Bancorp, Nasim spun off the technology department into a full service SaaS company for banks in the northwest.
