13 Behaviors of a High Trust Leader
This handout was adapted from Stephen M.R. Covey’s book The Speed of Trust. The first and most important job of any leader is to inspire trust. Trust is confidence born of two dimensions: character and competence. We often train clients on how to acquire these 13 behaviors and provide this handy one-page handout to serve as a guide when trying to navigate how to communicate with others.
