Welcome to the thirty-second issue of CEE News!
If you’re reading this newsletter, congratulations. You’ve made it through the first quarter of 2018, and taking a beat to give yourself a thought leadership refresh before heading into Q2.
We’re preparing for a full-day leadership refresh with our 3rd Annual Re:Imagine Leadership Summit in San Diego on April 26th. It’s a day co-facilitated by myself, Dr. Tony Baron, Danielle Aguas and Michael Coffey filled with TED-like talks and mini live case studies led by our clients around three key transformative leadership areas, along with sidebars for a deeper dive into the content.
We’ll kick off with Kevin Kirkland, a hip, tattooed Millennial HR Manager with Stone Brewing. Kevin will share how the Culture Architect Team we helped design for Stone Brewing has grown into a global movement that informs business decisions and impacts bottom line performance.
Next, is Cheryl Kilmer, Founder and CEO of TERI, Inc., a nonprofit that is changing the way the world views the special needs community. Cheryl will share her vision for an ambitious, state of the art, Campus of Life, and how we helped her team break the cycle from strategic planning to strategy execution to make her dream become a reality.
At California State University, San Marcos, Associate VP of Administration, Katy Rees, noticed that Gina Frasca was struggling to pull her Safety, Risk & Sustainability team together. They’ll share how our Strengths in the Workplace coaching and training program helped Gina’s diverse team to work together as a unified group.
If you’re ready for a leadership refresh, we invite you to join us at the Re:Imagine Leadership Summit on April 26th. We hope to see you there!
