Welcome to the twenty-first issue of CEE News!
By the time you read this month’s edition of CEE News, we will have wrapped up our 2nd annual Re:Imagine Leadership Summit and I’ll be enjoying the sunrise (or sipping a Mai Tai) in Kauai, a few days before my niece’s wedding.
This year’s Summit was filled with exceptional leaders – one from as far away as South Africa – who came to learn timeless truths and practical tips for becoming a better leader and improving organizational culture. We heard from an elite panel of executives from purpose-driven organizations about how purpose is hard wired into their business models. The afternoon was spent guiding participants through the Transformative Leadership Engagement Model, and helping them put the model to practice immediately.
If you don’t want to miss next year’s Summit, you can save the date now for April 26, 2018. Our Super Early Bird rate of $200 off the regular rate ends on May 31, 2017. We hope to see you there!
Meanwhile, you can download the free Culture Alignment© Assessment in the Resource section of month’s edition of CEE News. You’ll also find advice on how to work on your most important personal and professional goals in Sticky Solutions. Our Business in Focus this month is the Igloo Products Company, where CEO Mark Parrish is leading Operation Rejuvenation at this 70-year old company headquartered in Katy, Texas.
I lived in Katy when I was in first grade. It was a lovely small town just west of Houston. Today, Katy is one of Houston’s fastest growing suburbs. I’d prefer to remember it as it was – from a lanai overlooking the waves in Kauai.
Aloha!
